The Chef will arrive approximately three hours before your designated meal time, depending on the size of the individual menu. From the hors d'oeuvres- to desserts, everything will be prepared in your kitchen! I will prepare your gourme't meal, right before your eyes, and more importantly-in front of your guests!-Filling your home with the incredible aromas of fine food! I will hand select fresh products and ingredients to help us celebrate the special evening. I will bring my own utensils & equipment, and of course, clean up your kitchen before I go! I encourage you to assign a "chef's helper" to assist in parties of six or more, this helps to keep continuity, and flow between courses. Of course, if you prefer, I can bring my own assistants, and even supply Professional Food Servers and attendants. * In addition to selected menu items, there is a $25.00/per guest service charge- $50.00 discount given for parties of six or more.
